What do I need to get started?
A TV with HDMI and one of: a Raspberry Pi 4 or 5, a Linux mini-PC, a Windows 10/11 PC, or just a browser on a smart TV or tablet. We'll help you pick.
Can I show a web page or dashboard?
Yes. Add any address to the play order. A few websites refuse to be shown inside other pages; Plato tells you up front when that happens.
Can I run several locations?
Yes. Create a location per branch, give each screen a home and switch between them from the sidebar. Push to one shop or all of them.
How does player billing work?
Pro includes 10 active players. Each extra active player is $5 per month. Codes waiting to be claimed are free, and removing a player stops the charge right away.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Players keep looping the content they already have and pick up changes as soon as they are back online.
Where is my data stored?
On Plato's own servers in our datacenter, not in a third-party signage cloud.
